Hi all. I started playing the accordion at age 8, hated it, the thing weighed more then me:) Graduated to the keyboards in high school, we played the newest songs out, Light my fire, In a Gadda Da vida, ect. Really miss those years, notice I made sure we played songs with an emphasis on the keyboards, what a little ham I was. So now that I can no longer work due to health reasons I have spare time on my hands. Hopefully I can master this, not sure about that. Good luck to everyone!! Tom

I played in various bands around town when I was younger, and at one time thought I would start playing the harmonica to supplement my playing. I only played rhythm being a singer, and wanted something that would allow me to do a bridge without learning lead guitar. No one around to explain to me that you actually need to use a harmonica keyed to the IV chord, and the result was that I couldn’t get anything decent to come out – so gave it up. Now that I SHOULD be retired, I’m giving it another try. It looks like things are working out better now. Finding great lessons like Mitch’s is a BIG step in the right direction.
