my tipp: don’t stress yourself! let your muscular memory develop. if you practice licks and breathing patterns at a slower pace your body gets used to it. when speeding up slightly not so much consciousness is needed but the muscular memory takes over.
at the start of my journey i got frustrated because Mitch plays the licks so fast i couldn’t even imagine to get there. for me it helped to go at my speed and build up routine over time.
