Hi Paul,

Try loosening your top lip to let some extra air out when you do the ‘HA’ (breath out) during the train. That should help to balance it up, and don’t breath out first, just start relaxed with a normal breath.

Relaxed, and slow at first is the key, and that ‘lip off’ trick should help!
